melatonin!! i’m currently studying abroad and i’m pretty sure you need a prescription to get it in the UK but in america you can get it over the counter (it’s a natural sleep aid so like... obviously only get it if you have trouble sleeping sometimes)

Stock up on Excedrin; it's a headache tablet that works really really well, and they do not have it in the UK. I never found anything in the UK that worked as well, and ended up having my friend mail me a bunch when I lived in London!
I was told the Rohto was actually bad for your eyes Joe! They aren't suppose to sting your eyes like that and they usually dry your eyes out. My friend told me that the best eye drops are Bausch and Lomb eye drops. They don't sting and they last long.

Get melatonin! It works so well to make you go to sleep easily, you can only get it by prescription in the UK. But you can get I over the counter in the US!
