How is the street food in St. Louis? Do you find it enjoyable and worth the cost? Just curious!
@@THEDEADBLACKRAT I actually have only been downtown St. Louis for visits a few times in decades. I only go there for medical appointments because it is too hectic and risky in some areas. I have never ate any street food in St. Louis or remember any to be honest.
Here in the Alton IL, we have food trucks that show up at events and our parks. They even built a huge facility to park food trucks in this year so they can be left there between events. I do like eating from food trucks especially Mexican food. The food truck prices seem fair but not cheap.

I cannot get over the amount of food you received on that plate for just one dollar! I would not pass that up myself, but if indeed that was liver, and not pork, that would get pitched! 🤮. I don’t know of any other place you’d find a deal like that. The cost of this meal, along with the costs you’ve been paying at the Airbnb’s in ColOmbia is something to not be overlooked, if a person is considering traveling, and on a budget. I hate to see you leave this place, but understand also that your viewer count was not enhanced enough to keep you here. You’ve brought me an entire new perspective of ColOmbia with your videos, and they have all been greatly appreciated! 👏💥👍🙏
Colombia is definitely great for traveling on a budget, but as you know I’m not here to have a vacation, therefore unfortunately I’ve to go 🙂
What a great video. I am currently in Bogotá and I love this city. I was beginning to think you wouldn’t find anything so I’m pretty happy you found that place. The owner was so nice and grateful of your tip. I’m sorry you had to go through what you went through with that other guy. Many times when I take pictures I get that reaction from vendors. I did not find the people of Bogotá particularly friendly, but the city itself is amazing. Thanks again for this great video 😊

Hi Michele yes! it was really a disturbing rainy day and you met an unfriendly guy that it was so unnecessary. Sometimes in life we happen to come across a wrong thug, but as happy as you are, you had interaction with nice owner and he served you a decent dish that made your day. 5:12 my favorite bookstore ever is in that corner, I really miss Bogota. I moved to the US 3 years ago, and even tho im greatful I still miss my homeland. I hope you had an amazing experience (despite the angry people in the streets) and you learned how to appreciate the subtle beauty of Bogota

I love to see Latin America food tours, how the flavors can be similar, but mixed and made in a different way: yuca, beans, rice, meat, corn etc. I'm crazy to visit and taste food in Colombia! Greetings from a brazilian!!

I would have given him money from the food and extra tip, I would have promoted his stand and he would have gotten extra customers.

Thats called ego trip to make money. You only buy their food if they help you with your youtube channel. Its a business model, its about you and your money, its not about helping others. Other people who buy their food and help with tips, without using them for profit, thats called help.
I went out to shoot a video. If I couldn't get the video done with him, I would go elsewhere, that's pretty normal.
