The P-38K is really fun, although my favourite plane has been the Yak-3T, its cannons are insanely OP.

I only played US because other planes are so easy to play💀
The La 5 gives 5 free kills basically
Yak 3T is so strong with its speed and cannons
The Fw 190 is also have pretty impressive flight performance

I generally use the Fw-190, I don't recommend the P-38 as a fighter but it is a good ground attack.
