You have the right to vote. You have the right of free speech. It doesn't matter if there are disagreements, we can still be civil if we respect one another. All i ask is that you actually read the constitution, do your research from all sources-- not just ones from within your peers and circle of friends or community but from the other side as well. Then use your judgement, your common sense, and your beliefs to vote with a clear and guilt-free conscious. You can only accomplish this by thinking for yourself and not allowing yourself to be a follower. God bless everybody out there reading this. God bless the Broadway community for taking a stand and caring. God bless the U.S.A. and may He not be done with our country.

I’ve been singing and dancing like a newsie since I was 1 when I got my first pair of tap shoes and my dad showed me the ways of the newsie and and then I got to do the musical just last year I’ll never get over the catchy tunes and I hope if your a fan you don’t either 😢😢❤❤😁😁

I find it funny this musical was used to encourage people to vote. Half the newsies were depicted as under 18, plus it was set in 1899, where black people had immense trouble voting and women straight up couldn’t. Not saying it ruins the message the actors are portraying. It’s just funny if you think too much about it.
Well, they’re the sorts of people (minorities, young women, poor people), who would value it most and the under 18s would benefit from adults in their social and economic circles voting. So on that level, it doesn’t wreck the immersion too much for me! :)
But that doesn't stop anyone from encouraging others to vote... Kids absolutely should be educated about the process and do what they can to be involved, even if it is just putting the word out And the young and disenfranchised are precisely the people who benefit when those who can vote do vote for the right people.
