My friendly Dove living with me

I feed the birds regularly, they give me a bit of peace and company. But today, one of the doves/white pigeons has refused to go home. It seems very loyal to me and is just sitting there watching me. When I get close to it, the dove is not scared of me at all. I don't want to tame it too much and get it to rely on me. Usually the doves go home when it is close to nightfall. But this one doesn't want to go home. I do slur my words a bit, drink too much. Bad stuff happening in the world, peace.
