I am Big Fan of your following you everywhere. I can totally relate myself with you same way I started my journey with servicenow. I started learning scripting but straggling on developing script and I knew most of Guys having same problem with scripting. Would you like to guide on it. I mean ur suggestions orr any tips.

How long Service Now will be Because it's Tool
Hello Akhil, ServiceNow is not a tool anymore. Its a platform which is not limited to one feature or limited features. You can build any app you want to achieve any business goal. When any Platform does not follow the technology trend then it might not have long journey however ServiceNow is keep on acquiring different machine learning, analytics, discovery, cmdb companies and also enhancing the platform with great features which is definitely a good sign and ServiceNow is a horse which will go really far. I hope this clarifies and answer your question.
