Wunderschöne Interpretation dieser vier romantischen und fein komponierten Klavierwerke im gut analysierten Tempo mit klar artikuliertem Anschlag und sorgfältig kontrollierter Dynamik. Wahrlich genialer Pianist!
In her day she was way better known than Robert Schumann. However since she is a woman she has been obscured and not known very well today. Thank you for showcasing her work!
"However since she is a woman" Awww Poor kid... I find her music nice, but not as "challenging" (I'm measuring this music against my taste!) as her husband's, let alone Brahm's.. There are absolute values.. The woman that has not gone hidden in music, only that that music has become "specialistic", such as the music of St. Hildegard von Bingen... Spiace, Domenico.. Ti complimento per rendere publico questi pezzi della Clara, e' soltanto il mio cercare di mettere la palla nel centro del campo, trovo che ci sia un po' troppo sessismo dalla parte del "gentil' sesso", che di tanto in tanto la retta via si va' perdendo... LOL
@@seanmarshall7529 It is true though that 150 years ago, things were different and when women broke free from the norm it was more often than not purposefully hushed in this male dominant society. I don’t understand why you have to be so disrespectful in your response to the former comment. I am sensing a scratched ego here…

(even thousands of years ago women had their role which the male could not overtake!) I'd strive to maintain our attempt to bridge the gap God/nature has set us into! Man and woman have, therein, different strategies, including the communicative! Clara I can imagine was a "hell" of a person! They seemed to have worked as a couple, with in the added extra of Johannes.. I love diversity! as a man, I strive to understand/live with my Lady!

Clara Wieck es, sin duda, la más grande de las compositoras. Comparte todo el romanticismo que dominó su esposo. Muy diferente a Liszt y claramente diferenciable de Chopin y Schubert y por supuesto de Beethoven. Es genial y tan original!!! Bravissima, Clara. Y excelente interpretación al piano. Gracias!!!
