In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
This is an amazing story of how one young Sahabi (may Allah be pleased with him) felt when he committed a sin unintentionally. Brothers and sisters, let's be honest with ourselves- how often do we actually lower our gaze? Whether it's on the streets, internet, books, magazines, etc. Do we really fear Allah, our Lord in public and in private? Or are we among the hypocrites that lower their gazes when at the Masjid or Islamic gatherings, but not from non-mahrams on the streets or when we're alone browsing through the internet, magazines, etc. Do we realize the fact that Allah hears all that we say and sees all that we do, and that He knows our intentions and what is in our hearts.
"Allah knows the fraud of the eyes, and all that the hearts conceal." (Qur'an 40: 19)
We should also ask ourselves- how often do we sin and once we recognize sins we've committed, whether they're major or minor sins...how does recognizing our sins affect us? Do we stop upon recognition and feel remorse and turn to Allah seeking forgiveness, or are we too busy and heedless to even recognize the sin let alone repent to Allah. And some of us pay so little attention to sins, that we don't even think they're worth thinking about because we assume they're so 'insignificant'. May Allah give us all the ability to recognize our sins, turn to Him in sincere repentance and may He forgive us, Ameen!
This is taken from the lecture 'The Forbidden Love' by Sheikh Kamal El-Mekki
The people back in those day were amazing
It's hard to believe that such people existed compared to today
PokYan Dukol MASHALLAH ITS A FACT
InshaAllah May Allah let us have a spouse's who Fear Allah and avoid sins as much as they can until their death and that goes for us as well, we need to avoid as much sins as well even if its a tough thing nowadays, Allah look at Effort
SAWS: "Wallahi, I do not find a place to put my foot because of how the angels are crowding me over."
This led me into tears while I was listening to this first time.
May Allah سبحانه وتعالى bless him and us especially our oppressed muslim brothers
Allahumma salim wa barik ala nabiyina Muhammad ﷺ
My religion is the best n alhamdulillah...I am proud to be a muslim! May Allah guide u ppl to the straight path! Ameen
I started to cry when the prophet pbuh came to tha'labah
Omd this made me cry my eyes out .. Oh allah please forgive us ameen xx
Masha'Allah. What a beautiful lecture. May Allah forgive us our sins.
I've got goosebumps. JazakaAllah Khair for uploading this. May Allah guide us to the right path.
Lowering the gaze was a command given to both men and women. We always hear this being said to the brothers. Tell these married women to stop looking at the young men in the streets aswell.
Who said they do?
SubhanAllah! So much humility, fear & respect the boy had! May Allah have mercy on us all. Sadly, pornography addiction is something that is inflicting Muslim countries while this boy stared a moment longer than necessary & feared the punishment for it.
Ya Allah, help this Ummah, guide us on the straight path!
Jazakallahu Khairan
Speechless. I cannot express the remorse when I think about how easy it is for us to look at the opposite gender whether it be in real life or in movies, and yet we consider it no big deal. May Allah guide us all.
Salaam, sister, don't not lose hope in Allah, Allah will always be with you, remember, the prophet Muhammad (pbuh) was made fun off, children threw rocks at him, he was kicked out of his own city! not only that but he has lost he beloved wife and uncle, he struggled but he never gave up. Use the prophet Muhammad (phub) as an example for he is the best of examples, the best man who has walked this earth.
its called " ilahi wa khalaki. الاهي و خلاقي جودة عالية " Mishary Al Afasy
I'm a speechless with tears running down my face.
JazakAllah khair for this reminder. This is precisely true in today's world where nudity and lack of respect for a person's body is so common that we don't even think twice about the magnitude of evil we're surrounded by.
May Allah give us strength in Iman.
Im so speechless with tears. It is as if i felt the story
salaam, sister HOLD on to your deen the best way you can and always be the best example you can be to those around you muslim or non-muslim. and remember ALLAH almighty is with you if you have TAQWA and it doesnt matter if people ignore you cuz of your faith cuz that should only make you stronger after all we shud strive and struggle to please ALLAH rather than people.
so STAY STRONG and hold on to your deen and ALLAH almighty is on your side.

Dear Sister,
Do not forget, Allah tests the ones whom He most loves! Consider this to be a test and you will be rewarded in this life and hereafter InshaAllah.
If i were you, i would rather take it as an opportunity. Just imagine how much Allah (subhana wata'cala) would have been happy on me if i can stay in the right path in a place where most people are not. Just do not give in to shaytaan and its false promises. I will keep you in my prayers...
Thank you SO MUCH . I hope you benefit our Ummah with your beautiful videos

You are in the right direction, my child no worries your faith in ALLAH is more important that the people that is going wayward. They take in everything that is materialistic thus are wrong to follow but keeping yourself to ALLAH and doing as what muslim would as sunnah is good enough that sooner when some part of those that get tired and sick of that lifestyle will somehow veered towards the right path who knows. Wallahu alam. And look for muslims over there, it is just a matter of asking.
Mashallah! nice
I really do hope people reading the comment below DON'T react! clearly this person is trying to say anything to get a reaction against the Muslims. Lets just make dua that this person see's islam for what is truley is and not what the media has shown.

We all know what our sins in this fake net world are, but we know nothing is hidden from ALLAH subhan wa tala ......may RABUL IZZAT guide all brother and sisters to the right path.

Great story
Sister Hijab Shahid, you are not alone, Allah the most merciful is with you, and be strong, a believer will be teated with many trials, you have to be patient and hold strongly to your beautiful belief, Prophet Muhammad ( sal lallahu alayhi wasalam) said there will a time come, when a believer hold to his/her religion it would be like he is holding to a burning coal" he said this because there will be too much fitna... I will end here because it will be to long, turn to Allah ...
Subtitles helps the deaf Muslim brothers and sisters.
its time people resort to remeberance of Allah

I live in America also and I HATE THE CULTURE...........:(
Adey Nuria Ali same
Don't hate give Dowa...
Our prophet Muhammad(pbuh) said that every child of Adam was a sinner, but the best of sinners are those who repent back to God. Now some Christians say Jesus wasn't the son of a man and that he had no father thus he was sinless. But he was the son of Mary and i know we all believe both were human. Since you mentioned sins, let me ask you a question, Why would God let "his son" die on the cross? No innocent person has to die for someone guilty to be forgiven. Can't he just simply forgive?
I shook the entire time with greif...
What is the lecture?
a subtitle would be much motive..
@Taslym its Numan ali khanhes awesome
its wonderful.. good to know that there are concern muslims around.. to those who posted this: (i hope u dont mind) but please dont use one single eye as your background.. we are all aware that one eye is a simble for dajjal which is the false messiah.. if u can remove this and to change this as well, that'll be great..thanks.. May ALLAH s.w.t. guide and protect us all the way...
IF you are not married, marry as soon as possible, Marriage is protection, its satisfaction. Find a religious partner and the life will be complete. And ALLAH knows best.
@rednck13, you have given a wrong translation to the verse 72. The correction is -"Then We will save those who feared Allah and leave the wrongdoers within it, on their knees"
-Sahih International
p.s.: be careful while quoting the Qur'an mate, an advice!

Brother hassan i do not know if u could find or nt bt i heard the same story from brother bilal assad n its called CRYING BOY, hope that help jazakallah khair
HAHAAH! I love MUHAMMAD RASUL ALLAH!
Be patient ^^
can someone plse tell me the hadith ? jazakum Allah khairan ^^
I'm sorry for my earlier comments, forgive me.
Can you quote one biblical scholar who says the bible has been changed ?
When there are 10,000s of copies found of the new testament and fragments dating to just 20-30 years after Jesus. And the dead sea scrolls and silver plates of the old testament found prove that we have the original, nothing has been changed in the original Hebrew, Aramaic and Greek manuscripts.
The only thing that changes is the translations and interpretations.
I've heard this story
name of the nasheed?
I am a Muslim (girl) and i live in America and the culture here..... i just hate it A Lot...! lots of people r races-ed and ignore me cuz i am a Muslim and came from Pakistan. sometimes i just want to cry... I don't know what to do. i avoid every bad thing they do.
i didn't make this video.
its not even my channel
please contact @IslamicMotive
Why would I be responsible for someone else's sin, I didn't do it. It is just like someone committing a crime of killing then I am getting charged and becoming guilty for something I didn't do. Now how does this make sense.
done 800 likes ;)
Well, at least one former preacher quotes differences between the King James version and the American Standard version and also between the division (Catholic with 7 books more than Protestant ones)
You can argue they may be differences in translation, but that's exactly the problem: translations aren't perfect, and meanings dramatically change in a short time!
For instance, 50 yrs ago a "gay" person was someone who was joyous and happy.
Today, "gay" means homosexuality.
(cont..)
Please clear your mind of all criticism. Do yourself a favor and read it and see for yourself which book contains the true message of God the almighty. And make sure you read the Story of Mary in The Quran. I promise you it will clear all confusion you had about Jesus that the bible promoted. Same goes with all the prophets. Trust me you'll find the answers to your questions and the doubts you have in your heart.
Sister.. Is it that a weak hadith should not even be touched.. ???
Tested the spelling below is wrong, sorry, sister, don't take people's behaviour to your heart, please watch this, RUclips it is very nice, "self image psychology" by yassir Fazaga. May Allah give you comfort, don't worry, be cheerful :) feel proud, happy, honoured, dignified , that Allah bless you with Islam... Your Eman is the most valuable part of your life, keep it safe and protected... Ask help from Allah, He is very near you and can help you where ever you might be, ... :)

There is no sin in unintentional gaze at a woman..! You need not to give them a second or a longer gaze ! Ask ALLAH by praying two Rakats to help you out!

How is the story like the boy who cried wolf? watch it again
The sanad has been severely criticised and graded as da'eef by Ibn Araq al-Kanani in his 'Tanziyah al-Shari'ah', 2/283; Al-Ajali in his 'Ma'arifat Thiqat' and others. Ibn Jawzi declared it mawdu' shadeed in his 'Mawduaat', 3/63 as did Ash-Shawkani in his 'Al-Fawa'id al-Majmu'a', #47. Ibn Hajar quotes Ibn 'Adi who said that this narration is munkar. Abi Hatim said that it is not strong.
Brother yusuf mind your languge.you could use other word intead of kicked out about our beloved nabi sallallahu alaihi wasallam
can anyone tell me the reference plz?
As I said earlier, people adding "a bit of meaning here or there" into a divine scripture is exactly what corrupts it.
When I want to hear the Word of God, I want the pure revelation - not someone's opinion on what *he thinks* it means.
But I think its not fair to hijack this post any longer, so I take leave.
In case you're interested reading a pure revelation (and live in the EU) let me know by private message and God willing I'll mail you your copy of the Quran.
Good day to you sir!
Sorry I meant, and give their interpretation of the meaning. All books have many ways of translating the words. Some bible scholars prefer strict word for word only translations. I prefer it where the meaning is explained a bit clearer. As many cultural norms are used as an example where I don't understand the significance of them. There is nothing wrong with translations of Gods Word or any book. Do you have a problem with translating in general or what? Your not being consistent.
I don't understand, did Allah kill the boy?
Is this story true or just a metaphor? How do you know?
what is the need of the eye?
To read, study and look at who are in your Maharam (e.g- your wife/husband, children, parents and so so). Not to look at those who are out of your Maharam.
over doing it was my point.
Don't be negative brother :)
Anyway, Christians believe God is more than mere words, just as Jesus was more than just a man. Jesus was Gods Word in action.
Gods revelations never end...people still receive visions. Christians believe his spirit lives, teaches and guides Christians to slowly become one with his loving spirit. Not that we can be perfect, but we can be better by Gods grace, spending time reading and absorbing his word.
I have to disagree sister, i think its a beautiful hadith. It illustrates the importance of men lowering their gaze when today the focus is mainly on women wearing hijab, it goes both ways... and Astagh fir allah there is no such thing as a weak hadith!
thalaba means jakal
