Hi can you point me to the large equipment you use. Model numbers and why you chose that system. You rail feeding system fir cutting are the best I have seen.
I built a door this way and it warped about 1/2” in the winter and laid flat in the summer. I’m refunding them and trying again with stave core construction.
I've heard from an engineer that wood with big checks in it actually tests stronger than wood without. Do you find that the gaps expand much over time?

Great video. One question, why did you not have used glue for the inner parts, any reason not to "seal" them?
Those solid panels need to be able to expand and contract across the grain. Gluing them could lead to cracked joints.
