    Just a normal correction you should adjust the incline bench between 45 to 60 degrees for better contraction to upper chest ...
    The angle you are doing is putting more tension on your front delts .....

    Ocean bhai chest ko start incline dumbbell sahi kiye pr uske baad na cable fly try Karo or phir chest press karo press movement mae jada dhyan Mt do fly bhi Karo dono equally leke chalo

    bro incline bench press mein you should put the bench a more little bit lower according to your height, just give it a try u should feel more tension in the upper chest.

      chest ki exercise lagte time legs ko aache se use karo matlab legs se pull karo back me badiya arch banao aur tagda weight le paoge
      time under tension ke baareme yt pe dekho kya hota hai voh gainnns aasman par honge
