Awesome video Alan! Thank you, for posting. Learned a few things watching. Finally winging. Not ready for this but having fun on the waves at flat and jump city. Looking forward to running into you again on the windward side. Safe sails Champ!
Hello Alan, thanks for letting us join your race ! I´ve seen a couple of videos from you and wonder when you prefer fixing your wing leash on your wrist and when on your harness ?
Great to see. Thanks!! What was your Speed most of the time upwind and maximum Speed (i guess your watch has the Data). Would be a good reference for what is possible and a new target for me... Thanks again from Germany, Gerrit
Learned a ton about race course management and dealing with wind shifts. Excellent play by play! Question: do you foot swap to toe side to do a toe side tack for performance reasons or for control? Wondering if it's faster...
thanks for sharing some of the basics of racing tactics. You do a great job of communicating.
Thank you, I appreciate that!
Great commentary Alan! Really enjoyed this ride along :)
Glad you enjoyed it
Great narration explaining the tactics, and great sailing of course! I thOught this would get boring but I was glued to the end !
Thank you. Glad you enjoyed it.

Hey, did you see the drone go by at 23:12?
I remember doing Gun Runs out there back in the day!
Times sure have changed!
Hey Steve, Glad you like it. Yes I remember do many windsurf down winders with you and Huge England and others.
You are in top shape. Nice to see!
Thank you. A body in motion stays in motion.
Terrific coverage. Thanks!
Thank you too!
Much more interesting this kind of races than slalom 🤩
Really nice video. Thank you.

I was wearing it on my wrist but it often was tangling with my grip during transitions. Not as much when I tie to my waist harness.
Thanks for this, love it!
Glad you liked it Ronda.
Perfect explanation
Thank you.
Great Video thanks 🎉😊🏆
Thanks for watching!

Great video! By the way what did mean by "staying inside or outside" when you were coming back on the downwind leg of the race.
inside would be closer to shore and outside away from shore. Glad you liked it. Check out my best work on Patreon.com/AlanCadiz

During the video I was cheering for you ...wonderful
May I ask what was your top speed during this race ?
Thank you. Speed is relative.
What camel bag is good for winging?
I'm using the Camelbak Octane Dart 50 and I'm happy :)
