Tour of Vehicle Assembly Building at NASA Kennedy Space Centre

On Thursday April as we waited for Crew 4 launch to the International Space Station, we were treated to a guided tour of the Vehicle Assembly Building, or VAB.
Towering at 150m in height (that’s taller than the 120m Spire in Dublin, or the Statue of Liberty in New York standing at 93m) the VAB is the building that built the Saturn V rocket (which took the Apollo spacecraft to the Moon) and the Space Shuttle. A legendary status to those of us who are more than a bit obsessed with human space missions. Needless to say, I was very excited to check it out
