Finally a proper OC and or animator, it’s truly recognizable by only outline, has one very distinct characteristic, and is unlike almost all others. And that style is most glorious with the mouth and the eyes changing with expressions and emotions. And the animation is so fine it’s not just parts bopping up and down. 10/10
having a recognizable outline doesn’t make something a “proper oc”, just could be inexperienced in character design. i do agree with you on a lot of this though i love this character so much!
