Hello brother, I have been watching your videos since 5-6 years now, earlier used to watch a lot of your videos but since 2-3 years I couldn't watch all your videos because of studies I wanted to say that earlier it wasn't so hard for me to resist scrolling like I had a simple blocker in my phone and It helped me to stay focused but recently in 2 years I have made such a bad addiction that I am unable to stop I have installed a strict blocker long time in my phone which is uninstallable yet I sometimes waste time from my parents and other people's devices like it's really bad and all the points you shared with me were very nice and some of them I was even aware of but the thing is like I watched so many videos regarding this issue yet I am not able to break this habit and I kind of Lost hope right now because everytime I see something try to apply it but it doesn't go! it is still there I am feeling hopeless and can't see an escape from this because whatever I tried fails every time what to do please help😢😢😢
