The ride and gun are awesome. Are you going to show how you set up the gun and props to work with the laser? I would love to follow in your footsteps. I tried this last year with the laser and couldn't get it to be consistent so I went with the same gun and setup except I was going to use the targets and hack them for the props to move when shot. Again great job on the ride. I can't wait to see more.
One of my early ideas was also to hack into the Wowee targets. I actually think I have a pile of 20 of them laying around here somewhere! I was planning on rewiring the speaker to a relay, but ultimately realized the setup would have had significant limitations. Showing the targeting system will be the main topic of Episode 6, which I'm working on now. Should have that ready in another week or two.
