That’s what I have. My vistabular nerve is disconnected. I was in physical therapy for four years I’m a Vietnam veteran with tinnitus. I’ve been diagnosed and I was told there is no cure. I have medicine and I have to do my head movements three times a day.

hi, do you have vertigo with tinnitus ? i mean real spinning and do these exercices help you trough vertigo ?
