De hecho si se puede atacar en salto en DS2, solo con joystick izquierdo hacia adelante y R2, yo lo hago todo el tiempo con el ultraespadon del caballero del humo.
Cool secret: if you kill sir alonne without taking damage, he will perform a special death animation of committing sepuku. The act of stabbing yourself with your sword
There is no man quiet like Sir Alonne! There is no theme like Sir Alonne's! There is no battle arena like Sir Alonne's! There is no fight quiet like Sir Alonne's! There is so much testosterone dripping from Sir Alonne's orifices, he could create a son via mitosis
This fight is very fair but not easy as well. The music, the gorgeous arena and the ofcourse the boss himself, makes one of the top most bosses and music in the soul series.
@@poly_g6068 I think it also had to do with the fact that you could upgrade armor where as in 3 it was more about fashion and poise was nerfed compared to the first 2 games.
Nah, I wouldn't put Godskin Duo in any comparison. They're not hard, just stupidly unfair. But I agree. After Elden Ring, guys like Alonne and Fume Knight feel easy to read
@@goumenes it’s surprising just how many ideas and mechanics ds2 has that were brought into Elden Ring. One of the largest ones would be powerstancing. Personally for me, the best is twinblades. Those things made ds2 amazing to play alone
A year late, but DS2 mainly keeps the same animations for bosses and just changed their speed. When you were playing he was probably just speeding through all of his moves. Just weird RNG
Or you’ve just gotten better as a player and going back to play the older games is way more of a breeze than you remember. This is why I love and hate Bloodborne. After playing Bloodborne i cannot go back to play the older games and enjoy most of the boss fights as they end so quickly since i am just better as a player
1:05 tried to go for a jump attack LOL the elden ring muscle memory
😂
Lmaoo I was thinking the same thing.
laughed so hard at that because i also intuitively thought he should go for the jump attack then and there
Not muscle memory because the jump in ds2 is a different button

Again, for the umpteenth time, Sir Alonne's room has very nice tiles.
I wonder if there is some guy in the dark souls world who is just known for making excellent tiles

It kills me that this boss theme isn't on every soulsborne top 10. This music is incredible.
Everything in this boss is awesome, so yes it's unfair
they prefer ds3 and ds1 boss themes to sir alonne's boss theme just because this come from ds2
One of coolest boss rooms in Souls History.
Coolest is Def that church in ds3
Alonne only fights you because you forgot to take your shoes off before entering the fog gate.

I love how this boss fight is a simple sword fight, no magic, no AOE attacks.
well, if he suceeds with grab he has loud magic sword. and he has magical projectile attack, but he doesnt use it too often

A very awesome boss. I love that they have that in the fight.

Yet another one of my Most Definite favorite Boss Battles in Dark Souls 2
My second favorite boss in DS2
One of the greatest boss fights of all time
8 years later we can "play" like Sir Alonne in Elden Ring... as samurai class
There are few things as satisfying as beating sir alonne flawlessly and getting that sweet special animation

My favorite boss in the game, and I sadly beat him first try
you must've watched countless video of his fight or you just had a really long health bar
Same, he's the easiest of this dlc but he's still epic to fight
@@justanotherguy7984 easiest huh?
*cries in corner after dying 20+ times
Me too, beat him First try, i was in ng+ and level 273 using murakumo
He would have been even more great as a boss if the way to go to him wasn't that much of a bullshit
Sir Alonne of clean floors
this boss is faster than the key travel of spacebar on my laptop
Best boss of Dark Souls 2. Music, place, boss, lore is insane. Definitely on Dark Souls 3 boss level
The only reason sir alonne fights you is beacuse you went and stepped in his room with dirty shoes
The strongest man in the world is he who stands most alone! 🕵👨💼🙍♂️
Imagine if this was on Demon's Souls remake graphics. Jesus.
I noticed that the character in the video is wearing the Faraam armor set, how good is it compared to some of the other armor in the game?
It's pretty good, it has good defense and resistances
A lot better than it is in 3. The whole set is 55 poise but it's also lighter than most heavy armor
Thanks to both of you for answering my question.
A good balance between weigh, poise and defense, and it's a beautiful set, it's my favorite armor
@@poly_g6068 I think it also had to do with the fact that you could upgrade armor where as in 3 it was more about fashion and poise was nerfed compared to the first 2 games.
The bewitched Alonne sword is the most badass weapon in this game and I’m not even a weeb
I would prefer a remake with you know, finished animations
Not gonna lie.. after stuff like Godskin Duo and stuff, these bosses seem easy af.

It only seem like it. But in ds2, where everything is slow..... It's not that easy.
It looks easy because the bosses are slower, but you are also slower than in Elden Ring, so isn't that easy as you think.
This boss not got paid enough to be a boss in sekiro
Bajarle el volumen al soundtrack de este boss, es igual a nunca haber luchado con el.

But "remastered"? What mod is this?

Yes

Just imagin this boss and this theme on the ishin arena(sekiro)

this boss would suck if he had a second phase
