Hey I’m very interested in a 3 valve mix manifold set up. I have everything else I just need the 3/4” mixing valve set ups. How do I go about ordering one?
@@michaellaserre1624 also the setup im doing has the option to run a single 7 or combine for 14 gpm..the delavan 10 is in between the two....also on the delavan 10...if something goes out youre offline...with a true double pump...if one goes offline youre not totally offline on a job.

Hi Justin, i am not going to publicly release my wiring...none of it is complicated or hard i just don't have the bandwidth to start going down this road with the sheer number of people that reach out.
The key is to build your proportioner with all 3/4” plumbing and replace your water metering valve to simply a high quality 3/4” ball valve. I have my truck setup with 3 12v pumps. All 7 gpm remco pumps. It shoots 60’ no problem but the issue with 12v is the torque they produce is poor. Bypass your manifold on your reel and use as much 3/4” chem hose before you want to reduce to 5/8” if you hate hauling a 3/4” chem line around. I’m shooting 11-12 gpm out the gun with our setup with 3 pumps. Most of the time I have 2 on and never one pump. As for the proportioner with the ball valve for the water, just get used to having to open your SH line a little more to get the same draw rate you had before.
@@freedompowerwashingllc6199 the more you eliminate restrictions the less amount pull the pumps need from the battery. Increase your chem hose diameter, bypass the reel and use it as a storage reel only, switch your water valve to a ball valve and get used to the mix ratios as they will change. Then your twin pump setup will come to life. I run 3 pumps on 2 group 140 interstate batteries. Never ran out of juice in a day just plug them in every night so they are repaired as well as have your PW wired to the batteries if you have electric start.
@@EdgeRoofCleaningCanada what about reels with 3/4'' or 1'' manifolds with the 3 pump setup? I don't want to have to connect and disconnect the chem hose everytime.
@@2bParagon yes absolutely. I would go with a 1 inch SS manifold preferably hannay because they flow through a lot better. for us we eliminate additional points of failure to be more reliable.
