Shen and I are FINALLY attempting a Soul Link in Pokémon! This has been in the works for months so I'm happy to finally be doing it.
We got the basics rules down but we don't know much about the intricacies of Soul Links, so we might make a few mistakes here and there. That being said, this is just for fun and not serious at all, so if we mess anything up, our bad!

You can tell thats Shen is German beause of all the "Ähhh" after almost every word. Its just a natural noise we produce when we have to think about what to say next.

The funniest part of this playthrough to me is that almost every time Ray does a switch or looks at his party I think he has pokemon he literally can't have cause of the naming scheme. I'm like "switch to this" and then get surprise pikachu'd when I actually register what I'm looking at lol

I know this series is a lot of CBT for Ray but we really enjoy this series. Him and shien have great chemistry and are really funny. So I hope this series continues a long time. Despite the unfortunate luck of Ray and the Pokemon he gets

I know this is a setting in the randomizer but it creates some fun mental images. 😂

If you end up doing more runs should you wipe, you should add a species clause where if you and Shen find the exact same pokemon on the same route, then you can both use it despite species and type doubling just because of how incredibly unlikely it would be for that to occur.
