@@jesush.tap-dancingchrist7328 Nothing to do with your comment, I neither agree or disagree with your statement as I am unsure what you are quoting.
Indeed it could be a more fitting word. I see too many either with a limited vernacular, or using misleading language, if they aren't lacking.
Like, I was reading this blog article, an antitheist answering questions of people asking, and a person made the statement about their dislike of having to say she "believes evolution", so the guy gave her the suggestion to say "she is convinced of evolution", which is saying the exact same thing.
But that's not even why I am responding.
      Your screen name.
      The jokes on you.
      Know anything about the name?
It's history? How it came to be? Who created it and when and how?
      It's only 200-years-old. It's a transliteration.
      "Matthew

Click to switch to the Standard KJV.
1The booke of the generation of Iesus Christ, the sonne of Dauid, the sonne of Abraham."
And before it was transliterated to Iesus, it was Ἰησοῦς,.
And Ἰησοῦς, is a transliteration of Y'shua, Yeshua, Anglicized.
It is Aramaic. It means "Salvation sent by Yahuwah" AKA the God of Abraham.
In Hebrew it translates to Yehoshua, and in English, it is Joshua.
The truth shall set you free.
      Why change it?
I see you are still using the man made name.
John 14:6 Yeshua said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life! No one comes to the Father except through Me. 7 If you have come to know Me, you will know My Father also. From now on, you do know Him and have seen Him.”
      How many ways?
"No one comes to the Father except through Me"
      So only one way, correct?
Acts 4:11 This Yeshua is ‘the stone-rejected by you, the builders-that has become the chief cornerstone.’ 12 There is salvation in no one else, for there is *no other name under heaven* given to mankind by which we must be saved!”
How many is *no other name* ?
Luke 10:17 Then the seventy returned with joy, saying, “Master, even the demons submit to us in Your name!”
18 And Yeshua said to them, “I was watching satan fall like lightning from heaven.
      They only knew one name.
Matthew 7:21 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord!’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22 Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, didn’t we prophesy *in Your name* , and drive out demons *in Your name* , and perform many miracles *in Your name* ?’ 23 Then I will declare to them, ‘ *I never knew you* . Get away from Me, you workers of lawlessness!’”
1 John 2:3 And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments.
4 He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.
5 But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him.
6 He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked.
7 Brethren, I write no new commandment unto you, but an old commandment which ye had from the beginning. The old commandment is the word which ye have heard from the beginning.
That would include all Ten Commandments, written by the finger of God Himself, especially including the 4th Commandment, a perpetual sign between Him, and His people.
His name is Y'shua. Others have set up a replacement theology and 99.99% use a name that derives from transliterations.

They are public servants who are given a ton of power so they should be required to wear their body cams unedited for the entire time they are paid on the job. More likely, buddy boy there across the table was just placating the dirty little piggy, saw the light blinking and could hardly contain himself, then put the word out to request the body camera footage... Thank you for posting this. As a retired Sergeant with the Klamath County Sheriff's Department, I have to say that I am appalled, but not surprised. Sheriff Kaber is the most corrupt Sheriff that this county has seen in recent history. He mostly only hires his friends and relatives, and those that go to the same church as him, had preferential treatment on the hiring process over qualified candidates and this "favoritism" is displayed by the actions of those he prefers. I just want to say that the majority of the people that work there are excellent deputies that respect the first amendment, It's only those that he gives special treatment to that acts this way and that puts a cancer on the entire department.
Thank you for bringing this to light.

You know I truly respect you and you have more "inside" understanding than us keyboard warriors. But my questions are: 1 - are officers not permitted to take breaks if they are not on an active call? (Of course we don't know how often and how long this happens, but I genuinely do wonder about that.) The other question I have is, is he really just targeting this guy when he obviously knows this guy is driving illegally without regard? If he has been pulled over 20 times, he has absolutely NO regard for the laws. Does he have insurance? If he hits someone, and has no insurance, people would be mad that he only got tickets. So as a cop, seeing this guy day in and day out driving (Illegally), why wouldn't he pull him over? I slowed the video down......not all of those cases were in Klamath and they go as far back as 2008. So "targeting" seems a bit harsh. $80K seems extremely exaggerated.
I don't know the cop and he may be being a jerk. But if the guy was legally driving......would he still bother him? I am not dismissing the fact that Kaber is corrupt as F*** so we expect him to cover for his buddies. His comments are disgusting, and obviously he doesn't like that this guy is a constant douchebag, But is he a good cop in other instances, or do we just judge him on one video of a bad moment. I think we've all had people who make us feel like this.

I postrd this video, it's my little brother. And you are 100%, Jason shouldn't be behind the wheel and I in no way condone his actions. However, I will also say that when you live in a town of a 132 people, there is no such thing. Public transportation, but you still need to pay these tickets by going to work every day and trying to make a living for yourself but you've already been caught up in the sytem, there's no way out of it. It's a vicious circle and a flawed sytem, especially when you got a guy like Bean that will sit at the end of the road and wait for you to make a move, whether you're going to work or the store or the hospital doesn't matter to him. You become a prisoner in your own home with no other options to live a normal life. $80k may have been a typo, but even if it was only $1000, how are you supposed to clear your name when you're not allowed to go to work to make any money to pay the fines off before you get caught driving again and add more money to to total that you can't pay for? It's not that he has no regard for the law. It's that he has to live a life like we all do but isn't allowed to because of a tarnished driving record. You tell me how to get out of that cycle? Especially in a small dot on the map of a town that offers nothing for transportation so you can get to a job? And as you can hear for yourself, Bean has made it his mission to make sure that if you've messed up once, you will never be allowed to do right and pay your debt to society.

    • @bryanrohr9729
      @bryanrohr9729 Месяц назад +18

And by the way, through a lot of hard work in an attempt to do right by the law, Jason has finally qualified for his hardship license which he now has. And I will tell you now, once you're revoked as a habitual offender, it is extremely difficult to get even a hardship. Not all laws are just and not all people with bad driving records are criminals. Jason, particularly has never been arrested, has never been a violent person is a contributing member of society and has done his due diligence to make right by the law and do the right thing. But the system is extremely flawed and they make it nearly impossible to do the right thing. Why? One answer..💵💵💵💵

Yes! That's what the law does and they are not special! Also, you have to be a certain kind of fucked up to be happy about trying to ruin someone's life or make it harder. EVEN IF THEY DID IT TO THEMSELVES. It's sad, it's not funny, and it's sick to take PLEASURE in it. Dark humor is one thing, this guy is NOT coping over something. This is a casual conversation and a candid record of it. This dude is sick and disgusting.
"So as a cop, seeing this guy day in and day out driving (Illegally), why wouldn't he pull him over?"
In principle sure, but reality doesn't line up with the law. For example, you can't pay your tickets if you can't drive to work. (If you have a brain, you'll avoid the argument for walking, in a country designed around cars and a world where time is finite) This creates situations where someone (following the letter of the law) is forced to hurt themselves in order to comply. You have a car, you could get to work to pay the ticket, but you could get in trouble....hmmmm what do? Just lose my job? Lose my home? Lose my ability to provide for myself? Not being able to drive in a country designed for cars is equivalent to financially killing someone. This hurts EVERYONE if we lose a member of society to this pitfall.
Again, in principle you are not wrong, but in reality "we" are creating a bigger problem for everyone by not considering the real world outcomes of these situations. It is hurting more than it is helping. Exhibit A: This son needing to get his loved one to a hospital. There is a legal exception to that, for a reason. It would be EVIL to expect someone to watch someone die, just to respect the law. At that point, I would say, fuck that ticket, I'd rather have someone alive than not, and if you disagree, maybe you're the one who shouldn't be.
Reckless enforcement is not a solution to the worlds problems and the shortcomings of laws.

We want full accountability. Only full accountability, from the people who have the power. That is all. And it is not too much to ask... apparently it *is* too much for many to live up to. But anyone who has the power to take away people's lives, and has the full weight of the justice system as leverage to (many times unlawfully) push anyone around who can't afford a lawyer, should be required to submit to any and all civil audits.
