The flag logo of Pan Spatial products has changed, but they still represent America, right? The developers used USA in the notes and some of the equipment is also American equipment. I think Pan Spatial still represents America because they are creating this things for America, but since it is a private company, it exists separately, right ?

Hello! While the weapons depicted in Pan Spatial designs are indeed American, Pan Spatial is like Elon Musk's Tesla, it's rich enough to have its own flag, like some navies have their own flag that differs from their country of origin. This flag is used for Pan Spatial items in the game so we follow their example on MW Stats.
