I love the primitive fishing videogame for the Dreamcast. Scary to think I was 18 at the time and it only seems like yesterday. I remember getting a Master System and Sonic the Hedgehog in 1992.
Those two snails on the Freeserve advert, the owl on the evergreen lawn advert and the snake on the bosch advert would be in the great snail patch in the sky, the great owl tree in the sky and the great snake pit in the sky by now.
And adverts then were just adverts. They just advertised a product and were often fun to watch. In 2019 many adverts don't just advertised products. They have to give a woke, PC, message as well and they're annoying

Damn I miss the 2000s this was before I turned 5!
Congratulations
I was 10 years old, you must have been born in 1995.
Can somebody please upload more of those British Gas big shake up adverts, I remember there were more.
Tom Baker on the Unibond sealant advert. 🤩
I was 18 in April 2000.

Didn't they discontinue the dreamcast the following year it was ahead of its time ya could go on the internet with it
PS2 killed it, I would have thought. Your right though. The internet on the dreamcast was practically a first on consoles.

Adverts have always been about making money. Thats it.
Dont start feeling wistful over them. Who cares what they show.
