प्रधानमंत्री जी, कोर्ट में जो भी होता है, दोनों सही नहीं हो सकते। जो लड़ रहे हैं, उनमें से एक सही है और दूसरा गलत है। और ये नियम है कि दोनों में से एक सच बोल रहा है। अब अगर उसके पक्ष में फैसला आ जाता है, तो वो खुशी-खुशी घर चला जाता है। दूसरा व्यक्ति सिस्टम को या दूसरे लोगों को दोष देने लगता है कि उसने रिश्वत ली है। ये कैसे खत्म हुआ? कुछ समय बाद, दूसरा व्यक्ति सिस्टम को या दूसरे लोगों को दोष देने लगता है कि उसने रिश्वत ली है। अब स्थिति उलट जाएगी। अब हारने वाला सिस्टम को दोष देगा, जबकि ये वही व्यक्ति है जो पहले सिस्टम के बाहर यही काम कर रहा था। तो मेरा कहने का मतलब ये है कि जब हम कानून बनाते थे, तब भी यही होता था। हमेशा हारने वाला सिस्टम को दोष देता है। कभी जीतने वाला देश और सिस्टम को दोष देता है। आज तक देश तो छोड़िए, पूरी दुनिया में यही स्थिति है। हारने वाला सिस्टम को दोष देता है। कभी जीतने वाला सिस्टम को दोष देता है। ये निश्चित तौर पर कानून का नियम है। एक झूठ बोल रहा है और दूसरा सच बोल रहा है। जज को जज के सामने ही फैसला देना है। मामला खत्म हो गया तो दोस्त को क्यों दोष देना? आप यहाँ हो तो आप इसे वैसा ही बनाओ जैसा शुरू में था, जैसे को तैसा, जिसने हत्या की है उसे मार दो, जिसने चोरी की है उसके हाथ काट दो, निरोधक दण्ड से यहाँ लाओ, अगर किसी नेता ने जनता को धोखा दिया है तो उस नेता को भी गोली मार दो, अब नेताओं का कुछ नहीं होता वो जो चाहे कर सकते हैं क्योंकि वो पहले वाले नहीं रहे, अब कौन सी राजनीतिक पार्टी है जो काले धन को काले धन में लेकर आधे पैसे में एक नंबर की चंदा पर्ची देती है, क्या वो चोरी नहीं है, क्या वो कदाचार नहीं है, बात ये है कि जब कोई भी पार्टी सत्ता में होती है तो उसके सारे काम, हर हरकत जायज होती है और विपक्ष के सारे काम गलत, आपके साथ भी ऐसा ही होगा, आपने पहले भी दूसरों के साथ ऐसा ही किया, आज भी गुजरात में लोग मदद के लिए चिल्ला रहे हैं और कुछ किसी तरह जाग भी रहे हैं, लेकिन किसी का क्या हुआ क्योंकि कोई सबूत नहीं है क्योंकि कोई सबूत नहीं है क्योंकि कोई हिम्मत नहीं है आपके खिलाफ, आपकी पार्टी के खिलाफ, आपके लोगों के खिलाफ सबूत लाने की, कानून में हमेशा संसाधन वाला जीतता है कमजोरी की कोई सुनता नहीं है, तो आप अपने आप को कह रहे हो कि मैं दूध वाला दूल्हा इस दुनिया में नहीं रह सकता, आदर्शवाद की बातें करना छोड़ो और जो व्यावहारिक रूप से सही है उस पर ध्यान दो, फिर बात बनेगी, अगर ये बात आप तक पहुँची तो आपको और आप तक पहुँचने वाले को बहुत-बहुत धन्यवाद, अब आपने कानून बना दिया, नया वकील साहब, 3 साल के लिए कुछ पाबंदियाँ लगा दो, 3 साल तक वो कहाँ खाएगा, कभी सोचा है, चुनाव लड़ने वाले लोग पैसा कहाँ से लाते हैं, ये तो आप भी जानते हैं, फिर भी आज तक इस पर कोई कार्यवाही नहीं हुई
