The beauty of this deck is how it basically doesn't care about Infinite Impermanence, now that might be bad if you chose to sit on Kyubi since they kind of have no choice but to keep it in hand. But hey you'll never have to worry about your opponent disrupting your key effects with that card.

Have liked rituals for some years now, but noticed that this coming archetype has a lot of things going on for it. Would like to hear your opinion about Draitron and about the pros and cons when it comes to using ritual monsters in the current Meta we are playing.

A deck with cool looking cards that aren't lolis/waifus, summons synchro and xyz monsters and is also one of my favorite monster types in the game? I love it!
I've tested this deck with windwitches and holy shit. Every turn you can make crystal wing synchro dragon first, and then combo with Virtual world cards and make big 9 synchro for macro cosmos. I think windwitch-virtual world is the way to go.
The Windwitches locks you into WIND meaning that you're passing the entire other half of the archetype. You're also only going to make 1 board, being Crystal + Xian, which can be consistently made, sure, but isn't that strong. I assume you'd need 3 cards to do that board (Ice Bell, + a Virtual World Monster + a Gate) but the multiple other variants of the Deck can make more oppressive boards with less cards. It's a cool combination, don't get me wrong! But it is definitely not the best.
@@BILOUUU59 Winds are all you need in this deck. You dont even need earth virtual world cards. And also new wind ghost girl goes amazing with new windwitch synchro monster. Everything fits very well. When you can make with 2 cards crystal wing and recursive macro cosmos with ignister in grave to shuffle any card on the field into the deck if your opponent do anything to you.. And you can do that turbo consistenly.. With place in deck for 15 handtraps.. I just think that combination is fire

I'm super excited for this archetype. Not too big on the TCG names, but they're not painful to read, so I'm fine with them. Also, no mention of the imports(Niangniang, Longlong, and JiuJiu)? Or was that revealed too late?
for lulus effect you start by choosing a virtual world card you control being monster, spell, or trap then send a card that wasnt one of the chosen to the graveyard. then after that you are able to add a card that wasnt apart of the two that were already chosen so say i have trap on my board and use lulu i send qinglong (spell) and can now search a monster being any of the virtual worlds. this is all interchangeable too
Seems so , but of course desperate me would love to believe that "confirmed cards" means there are still more that aren't confirmed yet , but that is just me
@@itisaparadox6187 Good news, French video confirmed Nyannyan and the VB Xyz monster. Nyannyan will be either super or common. With only 1 secret and it is even a 1-of Extra Deck boss, it looks like VW would be a decent budget tier 1.5 deck for the next format.

Extremely Important ruling/wording question, Mr. Tombox: does the targeted card have to on field on resolution for the datascape in hand to be able to resolve full? Lets say cl1 datascape x in hand target datascape y on field, cl2 raigeki break on datascape y. Does the datascape x in hand still resolve? Thanks alot.
This archetype is different from HEROES, from what i know, I feel like they are doing a slow build up to the point where the Kauwloon becomes the basic combo of spitting 4 monsters out from the extra deck. Due to the current lack of Virtual World Gates... If they provide us with 1 extra continuous Spell Gate... the deck changes 100% to Kauwloon spam! For now, they end with Banish Pop + Negate using 2 cards. Or VFD Pop +1. If we have a promo, the its VFD pop + S/T Negate. One thing for sure though, is the recovery is much easier than Heros.
I'd say Tri-Brigade is one of the more insane ones... Personally because of that insane trap cars they have. This one is probably one of the ones with the most potential for pushing the ceiling, because of the spammy nature and lvl 9 push.
The other level 3 and 6 aren't confirmed yet. But they make a huge impact on this deck... Basically 1 additional free extender. Really helps set up a the AA zeus.
It's kinda the same issue I have with Needlefiber as I refuse to call that card by it's official TCG name "Halqifibrax", so just because im that stubborn: I'm still going to refer to this deck as "Datascape"

Good thing the actual character 豸 is pronounced "zhi" but I will probably end up calling it the peepee monster. Great breakdoown though, really looking forward to Phantom Rage.
I hate being right. I told my buddy before all the reveals by the youtubers that each thing revealed was gonna include a secret rare and that every archetype was gonna be secret rare
@@bulborb8756 I guess an argument can be made that Shenshen is way more generic than Dark Law, but it is also more limited in what it banishes. So like you said no reason Shenshen should be banned. Otherwise, Why not ban Arc Light aswell?

No, because Dark Law makes it so ANY cards sent to the gy is banished instead. Shenshen only affects cards sent from field to gy.
