Yes, if u buy ipad from authorized seller then can visit any apple service center in the world within 1 year to get you ipad replaced if it has any problem.

Bro, you said about palm rejection so it's a big issue so can suggest any other who have great palm rejection for ipad 10.
Only apple pencil will give 100% palm rejection, these all copies will only give like 80-90% palm rejection, but this is budget friendly.

Assuming - Attached to means paring with ipad to write on screen.
This pencil does pair with ipad 10th gen. (I use it).
Also it will not loose connectivity with ipad in the future updates. The way this pencil works is simple, so it's hard to block the connectivity with an software update.

Charge the pencil ... see if leds turn on, .. if not replace the pencil. If it turns on then just check your ipad settings or reboot ipad.
First check if the pencil is working through its led indicators.

Ipad OS supports scribble feature, I know that it works with my Amazon basics stylus, I don't know about other.
But I believe it will work bcoz it's an software feature so it will not depend on which pencil you are using.

Dude that feature wen u are writing and u touch somewhere accidentally then ur pencil should not be switched off !! Not that u have to hold the tip
Yes but it doesn't work
When you are writing normally and accidentally touch the button it does turn off the pencil.
But when you hold only the tip and your hand is not in contact with the body of pencil it doesn't turnoff the pencil no matter how you many times you tap to turnit off.
But overrall I would recommend the product it's reliable.

It does attach, it's not strong enough to hold the pencil stable, it falls.

If you need battery indicator then you can consider flipkart pencil.
Tbh you have used apple gen1 pencil, now you get any pencil you will feel something is missing and different. Maybe they'll lag a bit, pressure sensitivity is missing, maybe you'll feel tilt sensitivity is not that accurately.
All this amazon, flipkart, tuzker n all sells white products - they get from china suppliers and sell under their brand. Apart from small differences everything is same. So get the pencil from the brand you trust for warranty.
P.S - I am using amazon pencil for all my note taking on CollaNote, apart from accidental on/off, I don't have any complaints

- I'll suggest amazon basics only bcoz of service. Within 1 year if anything happens (no physical damage) they will take care.
My story - Maine unhe contact kiya for warranty, they said they'll provide a refund and I can buy new one. But there was price difference new one was 200rs more than I purchased earlier, so after discussing that unhone difference bhi pay kiya and I got a new same stylus.
I don't know about other brand but yes bakki me charging indicator h, accidentally touch protection h rest everything is same.

simple, amazon has the best customer service, call them or chat with them tell them your issue with the product they'll tell you the available options. mostly they ask you to return the product refund you the money and asks you to order the new one.

Turn on Pencil.
On iPad -> Turn on Bluetooth -> Open Settings -> Apple Pencil.
