“Ruth Marries Boaz” - Ruth 4:1-10

People often describe the book of Ruth as a love story. But as the story unfolds, we realize that it is about more than the love between two people. It's about God's amazing love for all humankind, because of the one who will be born King of kings, and Lord of Lords, our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Because of this union, Boaz and Ruth became the ancestors of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, whose name is truly famous, not only in Israel, but throughout the world.
