Paolini is one of my favorites. She is lovely on and off the court. For those who like to talk about Zheng's handshake, look at Paolini's , emotionless, not much eye contact, but that's a normal reaction when someone loses. After Rybakina lost to Zheng, Ryba's handshake wasn't warm either. So cut players some slack and don't expect them to look exuberant right after a loss. They are human after all.

Zheng’s clean ball striking is so satisfying to watch. Her power, precision and touch are superb. Zhengs quads are ripped now!!! Since 2022, she's easy gained 3 inches girth of solid muscle.
Credit to her and her team with her strength and body conditioning. In 2 years she's gone from super slender to the real deal. 💪
On top of that, her movement around the court has improved dramatically, so her gains have given her more spring and power off the mark, and haven't slowed her up and affected her mobility.

Alot of the players all over the world who are about the same age either developed their skills at the same training camps (lots in Florida) or they have played against each other since they are teenagers so they grow up together and know each other very well on the personal level. That's why you see very friendly hugs and smiles. So I won't read too much about the smiles from these 2 particular matchup as it might just be that their paths were not come across when they were growing up.

I say it again: It has always both puzzled and annoyed me that on TV and these videos we always first see the player who won the point. This happens almost 100% of the time when tennis matches are broadcast. On one hand, it might seem logical. But on the other hand, it's often more interesting to watch the player who lost the point, because so much frustration can be expressed. And it would at least be nice to have a bit of variation so it’s not always the same,

Jasmine put through the mill in this group, so tough. I feel like she's Arnie up against 3 Predators! "Jasmine, get to the Chopper" or she's Rocky up against 3 Ivan Dragos "if she dies..she dies! I saw jazz talking to Judy Murray, maybe she could ask her to be in her corner. Give Andy a bell, too. Jasmine has the ability to upset these big hitters.

Qinwen explained that she doesn't want tennis players as her friends, because she fears that she might not be "bad" enough when she has to face them, I think that this is giving the right value to the word friendship unlike those who use this word superficially, I think that unlike what it appears Zheng is a very sensitive girl, if you pay attention to the net (not before and not after) if you notice he doesn't smile much when she wins, of course she can't and it would be hypocritical if she showed herself sorry, too much superficiality in certain comments, not to mention certain professional haters
