Dark Alliance - How to Crossplay PC & Xbox

I purchased this originally on Steam thinking we would be able to crossplay between PC and Xbox. Come to find out that isn't coming until late summer. I have provided instructions on how to crossplay via this video. Just have to buy and launch the game from the Xbox app instead of Steam. So do not buy on steam if your wanting to play with your xbox buddys.

Hey i tryed that like an 1hr ago we all linked our account to steam threw xbox app but when we are in party it doesnt show in white (invite party to game) its still grey

What if your friend bought the PC game on steam and you have it on Microsoft are you able to play together

From everything I've looked up, it seems like a no, sadly.
Fortunately, the game is on Game Pass and right now it's only 1 dollar for 3 months.
