Hey Cpt. I have a question. When you go about making chord progressions for your music, how do you pick the type of progression you use (spaces, chord positions, scale, etc)? I am trying to learn music theory and build myself up to the point where my content is presentable. I have music I can’t post yet because my chords just aren’t hitting right at the moment. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you. may you have a good day. Keep up the great work.
yooo im really sorry but i know 0 about music theory, i chop up a sample, use auto key to find the key its in and just use the notes that are in that key. i usually just go with what feels good when it comes to progression tho and always have it come back to the root note.
underrated
thank you man🙏
