Probably a "slightly" modified Passat. The guy drives 200 km/h to buy meat at the store because he heard from his friend that there is a discount on beer.
Or they drive on roundabouts like the English (no offense to the English).

Philippines: Rich VIPs can drive in the bus lane blocking the entire line of buses meanwhile poor and middle class drivers will be forced to wait in traffic, and some drivers follow/tailgate the ambulance so they can get out of the traffic jam. Not related to cars but the road is not broken yet being broken down again so they can "repair" it.

Thailand: Green-yellow taxis drive very slowly, then accelerates like a rocket when you try to overtake. Also cops will be sleeping in their BMW and Tesla patrol cars.
Paraguay: 90s/00s toyotas everywhere you look, bus drivers driving like they're in NASCAR, and bikers thinking that the sidewalks are an extension of the road.
Also: nobody knows what a seatbelt is.
Spain: lots of empty avenues full of speedbumps and roundabouts which usually turners use to drift. And they drive always a diesel car which its body is heavily damaged

Pakistan there are trucks struggling to drive on mountain roads with cars honking at them, Landcruisers and Civics speeding on the highway tailgating other drivers and flashing their high beams at them, they then overtake and look directly at eachother with a death stare, and traffic and honking everywhere.
