I always liked her voice but there is something 'weird' in it, is she pushing or/and raising her larynx or it's just her natural tone ? It doesnt sound very open

Monroe Tory she pushes a lot, i think thats what make it sound forced and closed although its open? I dont think there is an issue in high larynx. Coz someone said that she didnt but i have no idea in this vocal thing.

Issues related to pushing, a not so ideal vocal tract habit that is most serious with some vowels, and whininess. She doesn't have issues related to larynx so she can have moments of support up to F5, typically (just inconsistently). She's far from being a bad or mediocre vocalist, she's actually among the best among mainstream Kpop singers. Her head voice is def the best part of her voice though.
