For those who already gained that milestone it's very easy to say that attempts should be limited. Medical is a professional course and if one is fit enough to deal a patient then they should be given that right. And we know that what would happen if the attempts would be limited. There would also be attempt relaxation for some people. So if one thinks that a person with 5 attempt is eligible to handle a patient then another person whose attempt is curtailed after 3 is also eligible. By seeing these points, there should be no attempt limit

if they are conducting as mains and advanced it would be good if they do like jee where advanced is the entrance only for iit and likewise if neet mains qualified then could join their state medical college , and neet advanced for aiims , jibmer like colleges .
