I'm enjoying mine as well. At family dinner, the iPhone users were amazed by the Pixel Fold. The first question was is it at their wireless carrier.

This phone brings back memories from the HTC G2. This phone is literally my favorite of all time. Great video.
I've had my PF for a week and I love it 💖 I decided to get this when I realized that Samsung wasn't going to change the thin cover display on the Z Fold 5. This was the biggest complaint of the Fold 4 and it became a deal breaker. I never had any problems with the weight of the PF because it's only two ounces heavier than the Fold 4 😊
Nice sir. I'm loving mine as well. From the international standpoint it's finally great to see a domestic turning some heads. My 1 month video will go public tomorrow it's members only right now. I compared it to the oppo find n2 because I got a bunch of request for that. Honestly they are very close outside of battery life and photos.

I got $800 for a iPhone 12 Pro Max so it work out well for me and I love it so far no issue, biggest issue is picking a good case, great video

Considered getting this but decided on the fold 5. Really enjoy the pen support for Samsung devices, this phone should have had it for the price they are charging.
I got the fold 5 with trade in for like 850$ google didnt even have the 23 ultra on their website 22 u was 240$ they wanted to give lol no thx

Blessed to have zfold 4 and PF. I miss the spen with the PF and also annoyed by apps not being optimized for the internal screen. Both are fantastic devices overall.
I'm.asking purely from a person who's never owned a FOLD which would you get for ur 1st Fold? I personally would use the Spen but that smaller displays idk if it would get on my nerves? Thanks
@katinasoutherland7693 have you ever used an spen? The reason I ask is a lot of people have owned galaxy note phones and end up not using it. Choosing which one of the foldables is very subjective/personal. Also some people are annoyed with samsung android OneUI adding extra software vs pixel clean android. Honestly you can't go wrong with either outside of those minor annoyances.
@@eriktred to be honest I have the S22U I barley use the Spen but whenever I played around with the Fold 4 & Spen it was pretty cool. I remember when we cld use those little fake pens on iphone I did it all the time lol but the Spen on the S22U is way to little & kinda uncomfortable.
the staggering of the speakers is super slick. in any orientation, there are speakers on opposing sides of the phone. pretty much always providing a stereo experience.
My only gripe is the processor. I wish they had been able to put the Tensor G3 in it.
You're spot on about the fold 5 being disappointing.
It's why I ordered Pixel fold yesterday and skipped the z Fold line for the first time since inception.
The speakers are on different sides so you get stereo sound from every position except folded vertical. When its folded landscape you got a speaker on each side, when you have it unfolded normally, you have a speaker on top left and bottom right so youre getting stereo sound. When its unfolded sideways you have a speaker on left and right.
Yes you are absolutely right. I believe I got 900 bucks for my s22 ultra with 256 GB storage. That's a steal. You can't beat it for $1,800 device

Its shorter then fold 4. Wish it was taller. But love that wider cover screen. I hate my fold 4 narrow cover screen
Something tells me we will get a minimum of three color options with the Pold 2. Google wanted to test the waters first. I still wish foldables [in the states] came with leather backing options.

I think if the pixel fold had of come with a snap gen 8 2 no one would have balked about the price (well some people would lol) but charging fold 5 money for a device with a mid range processor from last year is a bit of a stretch lol. Thats like paying ZL1 money for a v6 camaro

It's a Pixel 7a that unfolds in two. Nothing justify the ridiculous price they are charging for it. I'll stick to my Pixel 7 which I absolutely love and might look around for the pixel fold at the end of the year if i can get some good discount. Here in the UK trade-ins are nowhere near as generous as in the USA. Nice review
This phone is too expensive to me. Next year, Google like the rest will make a better one. These foldable phones are pricey. I can't afford to buy one. Someday, I hope these things will gradually come down in price.
No one is paying full price for this device, not even people with the Samsung devices are not paying full price for theirs, it's always deals out there, I got $800 off on Google Fi and all I have to do is use it on the line for 120 days then I get the $800 credit to the device then I just pay it off afterwards, use the system.

Mostly all if not all 3rd party apps on the zfold 4 are optimized for the full screen only the outer display is better then on the zfold 4 and zfold 5 also why would u pay 1800 dollars for a phone ur only going to keep closed
Why would you pay $1800 for the Galaxy Fold 5 that you are forced to open every time you want to do something that involves typing? I think that most people would say that by paying $1800 you should have a choice, not be forced?
Also, the inner display apps on the Galaxy Fold are not optimised, they are just stretched phone apps and look meh mostly. On the Pixel Fold, I use portrait mode or progressive web apps, so nearly all my apps work fine on both devices so non-issue for me.
The thing is if samsung create labs so that the apps can automatically fit full appropriately, why can't Google do the same thing with the pixel fold . There is no excuse.
