This was my father's favorite trip, he talked about it 2 years ago at the end of his life. I hope to get there someday, as I was 2 when I went with my parents. My favorite national park I've been to so far is hard, but Zion, Bryce, and Grand Canyon tough to say because different for difference reasons.
The bear you saw is likely a Cinnamon Bear (Type of Black Bear) but it’s hard to tell. I recently went to Rocky Mountain National Park in nearby Colorado and the Emerald Lake hike was very similar to the Delta Lake hike you did in the Tetons, both lakes look stunning with mountains in the backdrop. Also saw lots of wildlife there as well, including 17 different Moose in the park over the span of 4 days, including 3 Bull Moose in the exact same area, which was so cool! I made a few shorts videos on my moose sightings there and it’s so cool to see some similarities between your experience in the Tetons and mine RMNP. 😊
As of December, my next National Park will be my 32nd one, which is halfway to visiting all of them. After this, I plan on releasing a video ranking the first 32 i’ve experienced :)
