I had a great time hypnotizing Sean, Sam and Jonny. So fun! I only wish they showed what actually happened 😅 The three of them went into this fully skeptical and planned to defraud the hypnotist by pretending to be hypnotized and then later say, “Aha! We were faking it! It’s all a scam!” I knew this going into it. But I decided to play along anyway, because I knew I could convert them, and I did. After Sam and Jonny saw Sean’s genuine reaction at the first suggestion .. knowing he wasn’t faking it.. they were a bit surprised. What they don’t show you is me hypnotizing Jonny and Sam. Sam had the best response to hypnosis. I made him forget the name of his ex, but they didn’t show that part. What they don’t realize is that I was using what’s called a double bind. I don't believe the illusionist was a scam artist. He was just doing some cool tricks that are most of the time marketed as tricks. Not actually magic but they get you to think. They get you to marvel at the creativity and the skill.
Yeah, illusion isn't a scam, we know what we're getting into when we watch a magic show: some creative tricks designed to wow us and make us think. It's not like the psychic medium preying on grief.
The psychic made me feel really uncomfortable in the sense that a lot of mediums use cold reading techniques to make it seem as though the dead relative/friend is speaking to their living loved ones. It's sickening how some mediums use the dead people at the emotional and, at times, the financial expense of their loved ones.

The hypnotist was so depressing to watch. No, it's not your fault that he couldn't hypnotize you. It's his fault. I'm not saying that some people can't be hypnotized, but you showed all the signs of being able to, and I literally know exactly where he went wrong. Being hypnotized is a great experience, so if you ever want to have it, maybe try someone else, or I would do it for free. Or at least talk to you guys about exactly how he messed up.

Frankly, it makes sense. It isn't that crazy of an ability, becausee anything you're hypnotised about is something you subconsciously would be alright with doing anyways.
It’s weird to me that the hypnotist will turn on you if you don’t get hypnotized. Like isn’t that his own fault? You’d think he’d say something like “oh, your mind is too powerful for me to control! Congratulations, most people can’t stand up to me! A round of applause do this guy!” Instead he’s like “wow you suck at being hypnotized.”
Well technically he’s right with saying he sucks at being hypnotized, because you have to genuinely open YOURSELF up to it for it to work. The mind of the person being hypnotized is what the success or failure is based on.
Hypnosis isn't magic. It's just suggestion, it's a psychological thing. You have to be open minded about it for it to work. If you go in there thinking that it won't work, it won't work. When a hypnotist puts you under, you don't actually go to sleep or anything, you're still fully conscious of everything happening, you're just very opening yourself and becoming very very open to suggestions, more than you'd ever be in your daily life. How open will depend on the person. For example, me personally, I definitely be influenced to forget my name, for example, or forget other stuff. Hallucination type thing, maybe. A hypnotist definitely wouldn't be able to make me do weird stuff, but that's because I'm very self-aware and don't like to look ridiculous. Some people don't mind. If you're open to it, I would recommend looking up Zach Pincince, I was also very skeptical of it at first, but he explains very well how it works in his videos and understanding the concept of hypnosis and how it actually works made it work for me.
The board he used might be set up that when you write in the bottom it retypes it self on the top too because you can see the handwriting was the same.
i thought that at first too, but the handwriting ISNT the same, and u can see / hear him writing in the top portion of the board (2:35). also, the guys had hidden cameras at every angle, including one directly behind him which would be able to capture the board (0:22) ....meaning one of two things... if the boys DIDNT see the magician writing in the top portion of the board, they would know that the board itself is some kind of tricky propt which they would've told us.. but i think that he did write something in the beginning because u can hear the sound of the chalk on the board. Had the boys seen him write something on that hidden camera.. that is probably why they're not sure how he did the trick. though im SOOO curious on how he did it and i wish more people in the comments would talk about it and throw their theories around.

The best thing I have ever seen is when Derren Brown went to some church in America where they had supposed psychics. As he wasn't so well known over there at the time he used his mentalist tricks to make people think he was psychic. The looks on the so called pychics faces when he did his 'act' were truly telling. He could do way more than they ever could and was getting things right that just seem totally impossible. You could tell that they were thinking : "Crikey there really are real pyschics!" He came clean in the end and said he knew all the tricks they were using and they went very quiet very quickly! I'm sure they probably still carried on their acts lying to people but it was hilarious to see what he did. If he wasn't so open and honest about how he does what he does (though I'm glad he's an honest person) I would believe that he's a real life psychic as the things he does are just beyond belief. Definitely the best mentalist in the world I think.

Some physics are true though I remember. Going to one bc of me seeing Paranormal stuff negative Thoughts and everyone in my family fighting over the smallest thing and then when we got their he said that the house was not for us its negative its not good for us so we instantly Moved Houses and later we found out that someone committed su(!$e their and that's why their was this presence. Hypnosis isn't magic. It's just suggestion, it's a psychological thing. You have to be open minded about it for it to work. If you go in there thinking that it won't work, it won't work. When a hypnotist puts you under, you don't actually go to sleep or anything, you're still fully conscious of everything happening, you're just very opening yourself and becoming very very open to suggestions, more than you'd ever be in your daily life. How open will depend on the person. For example, me personally, I definitely be influenced to forget my name, for example, or forget other stuff. Hallucination type thing, maybe. A hypnotist definitely wouldn't be able to make me do weird stuff, but that's because I'm very self-aware and don't like to look ridiculous. Some people don't mind.
If you're open to it, I would recommend looking up Zach Pincince, I was also very skeptical of it at first, but he explains very well how it works in his videos and understanding the concept of hypnosis and how it actually works made it work for me.

The board he used might be set up that when you write in the bottom it retypes it self on the top too because you can see the handwriting was the same.
i thought that at first too, but the handwriting ISNT the same, and u can see / hear him writing in the top portion of the board (2:35). also, the guys had hidden cameras at every angle, including one directly behind him which would be able to capture the board (0:22) ....meaning one of two things...
if the boys DIDNT see the magician writing in the top portion of the board, they would know that the board itself is some kind of tricky propt which they would've told us.. but i think that he did write something in the beginning because u can hear the sound of the chalk on the board.
Had the boys seen him write something on that hidden camera.. that is probably why they're not sure how he did the trick. though im SOOO curious on how he did it and i wish more people in the comments would talk about it and throw their theories around.

The best thing I have ever seen is when Derren Brown went to some church in America where they had supposed psychics. As he wasn't so well known over there at the time he used his mentalist tricks to make people think he was psychic. The looks on the so called pychics faces when he did his 'act' were truly telling.
He could do way more than they ever could and was getting things right that just seem totally impossible.
You could tell that they were thinking :
