Aria: Empio dirò tu sei
After being presented with Pompeo’s severed head, Cesare furiously says to Achilla (Tolomeo’s general) “I shall say that you are wicked. Take yourself from my eyes. You’re all cruelty. The heart of a king doesn’t give itself to severity, which in its depths has no pity.”
