Many thanks for the great tour. The pizza looked so delicious and great to know it’s readily available throughout the ship. I’d really like to try out that Venom slide, it looks amazing.
Thanks for your review. I enjoyed it. Will do the MSC World Europa next month February 2025 my 9th cruise and 2nd on MSC. I am tired hearing especially US Cruise RUclipsrs complain over the food and the fact you get so many languages on MSC (especially on European Cruises) and Costa. They seems to expect to get a US experience globally, which I feel is sad. Especially this ship will at its core operate in Europe for Europeans and as such that you get an much more real European (Italian) experience. Costa, which we have done 2x and loved it, gets even worse reviews, they do not at all focus on American Guests and that is why they do not operate at all from any US port. We need more European reviews.
Ahh, have a great trip! World Europa is a beautiful ship, so I’m hopeful you’ll enjoy it. The language thing really isn’t an issue with MSC - I’ve cruised with some cruise lines where it’s a bit of a nightmare, but I haven’t struggled on MSC. Have a great cruise, and please come back and let us know what you think!!
wow that tea room is gorgeous and a great place for those of us who like a quiet moment or two given that MSC do not generally have libraries.,. I have cruises booked on Virtuosa and Euribia, and am now going to have a look at Europa lol😂
Thanks Fraser, another great blog, my wife and i were on the Virtuosa Northern Europe in March and you gave great advice for the various ports there, we are picking up the World Europa on June 2nd from Barcelona so this is really useful and will be on the Grandiosa in September. We normally only do a week so tend not to do shows but we are doing a longer cruise next September on the Virtuosa again this time to the Canaries from Southampton so will follow your advice on this one. Thanks again Fraser, best regards Kevin
Excellent stuff Fraser! Totally agree, loved the tea room, water park is one of best at sea, venom slide is really cool. Rach loved the brew beer but Masters of the psea great venue but far to small! I liked the panorama lounge, but show we saw was underwhelming and felt it looked a bit cheap will have to return. Thanks buddy cracking video.
Yeah, the shows were variable - the luxury of the 21-nighter is that I got to see every single show they offer, and there’s a real mixed bag in there I’d say! Also, glad you rate the water slides - glad I’ve started with the good ones! Haha
Ah, what a perfect excuse to get booked up again to get back onboard, haha! You’ll see more of deck 20 in my vlog series actually - I loved it up there!
Hi, our first cruise is on World Europa from Barcelona on the 2nd June (see you there Kevin!) but I've got a question about the shows. You say book them in advance but I'm guessing that's once you are onboard and not prior to boarding on the app?
Started looking for similarities between WE and Virtuosa, whilst they are some the differences are huge! Loved the tea room, the bigger pub, and deck 20 aft/deck 8 aft promenade (that you showed in previous vids), thanks Fraser, but tell me did you partake of the seawater lager or not? 😂🤢🤔
It’s extra, but not expensive. A tea and shortbread cost me about €4, so comparable to what you’d pay on land. The experience really is lovely in there - well worth the extra IMO!
Thank you! Great review. I am boarding in 5 days. Can’t wait 🎉❤
Ooh, have the best cruise! Please come back and let us know what you think!!
Oh you are tempting me to book this cruise, how lovely is this ship, thx for sharing such a detail Vlog
Hey! I’ll never stand in the way, or advise against, booking a cruise - get on it ;) haha!
@@FraserAtSea ha ha
Great tour of the ship, Fraser! Love the view of the Suez Canal at the end, too...
Many thanks for the great tour. The pizza looked so delicious and great to know it’s readily available throughout the ship.
I’d really like to try out that Venom slide, it looks amazing.
The fact it’s readily available throughout the ship makes me VERY happy, but you probably already guessed that…!
@@FraserAtSea Yes indeed 😂😂
Great to meet you on board! The ship was amazing ❤️Looking forward to following your travels 👌🏻
Thanks Craig - great to see your name pop up - hope I don’t bore you of the cruise world, haha!
Excellent video. I would spend so much time at Pizza and Burger lol. The pub looked cool as well
You and I both, Tony! Haha
Great Video Fraser keep em coming .👍
Thanks, Christopher!
What a great tour, thanks! Good job going on the slide! 😊
Thanks Tammy - full ship tour coming in a few weeks once I’ve built up the willpower to finish it…!!
Thanks for sharing ur video, cool ship. No cabin showing? Yeah we re boarding MSC World Europa on 28 of this month. Cant wait.
Hey, you can see cabin tours on my channel :)

Number 1, well said 👍
Again great video.
Thanks, Tamara!
Great video, ship looks amazing.
Thanks guys! A very different ship - that’s for sure! Now to crack on with the vlogs, ha!
She looks an amazing ship.

Yeah, the Tea Lounge was one of my favourites - they even have a few hours a day where a pianist plays - so relaxing!

Hey Kevin! Amazing - I’ll have lots of European ports coming over the next few weeks, so hopefully you’ll continue to find them useful!
Excellent stuff Fraser!

Rach loved the brew beer but

great video Fraser. We never actually made it up to deck 20! our 4 days were too short so looking to book again for longer :-)
Ah, what a perfect excuse to get booked up again to get back onboard, haha! You’ll see more of deck 20 in my vlog series actually - I loved it up there!
I'm booked on MSC World America in 2025, so I am hoping there are strong similarities. That chocolate shop looks amazing!! Ok, I might be hungry. :)
Ah, I think they’ll be really similar - MSC ‘sister ships’ always are so alike!
Still in love with MSC Seaside.
Love all MSC ships anyway❤❤
Thank you. Off round the Med. in February, and so I appreciate your tips. How many pounds do you gain on a trip like this??
Ahh, you’re going to have a great trip! If you’re clever about it, maybe not that much, but potentially many 😂 Good luck…!!
Hi, our first cruise is on World Europa from Barcelona on the 2nd June (see you there Kevin!) but I've got a question about the shows. You say book them in advance but I'm guessing that's once you are onboard and not prior to boarding on the app?
Indeed - you book once onboard - don’t worry about doing it in advance 😊

I agree - some huge differences here! The sea water beer - they roped me in with each pint only being €5, and I LOVED it - it’s SO nice!
@Fraser at Sea A true Scot, a bargin and it was good!! Enjoy Savona, glad the e-sim malarkey is working well. The "gram" feed is fab!
Is the tea lounge included or for extra fee? Thanks!
It’s extra, but not expensive. A tea and shortbread cost me about €4, so comparable to what you’d pay on land. The experience really is lovely in there - well worth the extra IMO!
On the World Europa in September and October.
4:34 it comes in pints?! 😳
Yes! You can get smaller, but us Brits love a fresh pint! :)
Cruzeiro maravilhoso ainda não não viajei nele dia 26 de Abril às 13.30
Your such a good presenter Fraser, as you sure you’re not a professional and not in IT 😹
Ah, thanks Joy - not sure people would agree but I’ll take the compliment, ha! Thanks so much for watching!!
