In video I had suggested to go on 2nd floor for rami...but 4th floor is more benificial because while returning to metro station u will get electric vehicles to metro station from 4th floor only...and once you reach at 2nd floor you have to walk 20 mins to go to 4th floor. One minus point in 4th floor is that 4th floor has more rush and 2nd floor remains empty. So choose according your situation.
