Downpipe and headers do a big difference with the sound. I changed the header on my 04 VIII and it woke up a lot responsiveness and sound. I do have a tomei on it and it's not the most obnoxious thing out there. Love this series Can't wait to see how it ends up

(Huh my other comment must have been flagged as spam) So about your touring car stance thing... In the UK, we also had that going on in BTCC under the super touring regulations. This was done because lowering the car that much on bigger wheels would never fit without modification. The front fender was pulled out and had a larger opening, but the rear wasn't allowed to be modified in the same way, so the stock rear fender was pulled out and part of the rear wheel was just hidden inside the wheel arch. Supposedly, the front arch was allowed to be modified in this way to allow the bigger front wheels to turn, whereas the rear wheels didn't need this. It's a very interesting setup that became iconic. (Omitted the link because the spam filter, look for "super touring register regulation") 4.5.1 has the regulation for the wheel arch and front fender.

im a muscle car guy, but the Evo VIII is one of my favorite cars (yes F&F influenced) im a "yellow" guy also (my s10 mini truck that i had for 20 years before it was stolen and crushed this past June was yellow) so this specific car is very much right up my alley.
I think the wheel gap was because it is made to Rally. I think you guys need to rally one of these out. You know a bit of a WRC heritage tribute to Mitsubishi's rally domination years.
Quinn should get air cups by stanced-parts so he can lower the front of his BMWmore but also raise it for curbs AND keep his current coilover performance
Just my 2 cents opinion, it better to have the exhaust tip out abit from the back bumper as it very common to have the fume black spot at the back bumper over time from the exhaust. Maybe because i live most my life in asian country, i prefer the wheel to be white if the body paint is yellow. But again it just my 2 cents. Any how, great job guys.
I agree. But least that has led to rebuilding abandoned or wrecked Evos. RUclips channels like Devin Niemela has been resurrecting old Evos to like new condition.

The lower you go without scraping , the better the aerodynamics and such work . Having the front higher than the rear creates lift though .
