Sasuke is better cause of black flames hes meta evolve him, goku and vegeta are both meta and if you evo both you can fuse them in game to vegito which is one of the best units in the game, hope i helped you

Only some challenges give stars, HOWEVER if you do it after the 30 mins is up, for some odd reason it glitches and doesnt give you rewards, so make sure to do them early, I fell for this myself a lot!
