We have one of these at work its used as part of a Runway friction testing system, ours doesn't have the stylus holder as mentioned, but has state of the art windows 98 ! Still works fine after all these years.
actually this exact model of laptop is credited with saving a soldiers life in Iraq, the laptop did not survive but the soldier was fine. The high powered bullet made it halfway through the laptop before coming to a stop.
Yes, I wished I has kept it. It is a decent machine that lasts and lasts. But today we need at least 1 ghz speed and 512 kb ram for minumum usage. But I am happy to hear one of these still gets good usage.
although it claims a max of 256, 128 installed, 128 added, the computer tells me it only sees 128. do you know how i can get the computer to recognize the additional 128 i installed? and thanks for commenting

johnmonk66 why need gb ram? RasPI old macs I use 4mb AppleTalk network! I run one of these too
got it recognizing 256 now
@TheExecel Don't remember the specs, but if you want something for basic browsing and word proecsssing, it is worth a lot more than 25 bucks
i beleive some need matching sticks or atleast some that match more closely.
