Thank you for reacting to QWER again. Yes, Soyeon was responsible for the overall production, including writing and composing the song. I’m glad to see that you’ve become more interested in QWER.😄
It's Chodan(Q, Drummer) when you were wondering if it's Soyeon. And followed by Siyeon(R, Vocal & guitar), Magenta(W, bass), and Hina(E, Guitar & piano). Music is very happy-ish like you said, but lyrics is not, which makes contrast.
MV check , now the Guide ! :) ... and if you still not sure if you should know them better , watch the MV from *Harmony of Stars* , i think then you will fall in love with them ! ( PS: no it wasnt Soyeon in that line , it was Chodan the Drummer and Leader ! ) I think Soyeon become interested in QWER because they coverd G-Idols *Fate* and made a MV for this.
I suggest you to check out their media showcase performance for this song, Hina is playing the keyboard for the first time in QWER. That is her main instrument since she has planned to major in piano. One thing with QWER is their songs sounds better in their live performances. You skipped the comeback before this TBH which really propelled them to stardom in Korea. Even though that was released in April, it is still in the top 10 of all Korean charts. Also recommending their pre debut track "Harmony of Stars" and their prerelease track "Fake Idol" which Soyeon has a cameo.
A story about emotions. There are two senses: clarity and sadness and the rest Behind the bright side, there is sadness Realizing that, he plants a blue flower (sorrow) in the forest (she's feelings), To live in coexistence.
This song is so dark. The siyeon (vocalist) was killed by the two members and hina found siyeon's diary and found out she was killed thats why she avenge her and killed the other two members.
I recommend Let's Love by QWER. It is more punkish. This one is more pop and synth sound than instrumental. Let's Love has a more fired up bass and guitar. And QWER - Rebound is more like TBH. I prefer either these two become the title track instead of My Name is Sunny.

Indeed a J-Pop vibe, overall it's very vibey and of course with a pure touch of K-pop.
With those real instruments playing as well.
The Music: 😍🌞🎶
The Lyrics: 🥺💌🥰
The MV (last chorus): 🤯💀🔪
You should see the recording behind, that you will see the Soyeon guide version and how well she directs them.
This is literally like a sister of FATE.
I love it. And all the members get to sing.
She did compose and made the lyrics nice job😊
And the song actually have a hint of sadness if you really pay attention to it.
Qwer very very hot group in korea

I really like QWER.
You should 100% check out the other single "Fake Idol" from this album. A bit different from this track, but still as good.
