I remember that the very first in game cutscene for USA mission (2:12) didnt have that no grounds bug. But then again it was on older device I played it on.
16:07 I think recon 1 survived because the scorpion tank missed all lol. Usually the buggy dies and explodes on the second shot. I think because the cutscenes are ingame, sometimes you get weird glitches like this.

None. There was only Generals and it's expansion, Zero Hour.
We were gonna have a sequel back in 2013, but they canceled it.
