Project one: Aviation
Problem: Difficultly moving scaffolding up to and along aircraft
Solution: Custom two-pod drive platform with pneumatic lift which positions a 2.5-ton airplane scaffold alongside aircraft with very precise variances.
End result: Significantly reduced time and labor to constantly reposition scaffold and decreased chance of damage to plane through controlled movement.
Project two: Aerospace
Problem: The moving and positioning of testing articles concentrated to much weight on flooring.
Solution: HaloDrive System Platform featuring 8 vertical controlled Omni Directional Drive pods with synchronized movement. The Innovative energy chain powers each pod and expands and contracts when pods turn. Platform provides omni directional movement on x, y, and z axis.
End result: Testing articles no longer had to be jockeyed into position, ease of movement, and far better distributions of load ability to support /move up to 40,000 lbs.
