There is no good reason for this kid not to be the face of League of Legends. We're all human, we all have rough patches and we all struggle, but man, his ability to understand his own shortcomings and work to overcome them is amazing. Riot should have this dude on every broadcast and at every major event, he's what we all should try to be. We're all human, but our should be to make things better for the community. Positivity is a trap people fall in, the key isn’t to be blindly positive, the key is to be realistic. Sometimes your teammates are worse than the enemy, being realistic lets you know this and allows you the chance to play around that. Is it realistic to think that flaming the random who’s playing bad is going to make them play better ? No.
Sometimes a player on your team is a weak link, being realistic lets you know that obviously this person is going to need help, either in game with ganks and wards and pings, or the overlooked mental help. Being positive towards underperforming teammates in a real way helps them know it’s a team game and gives them motivation to try as best as they can.

What frustrates me is that the comment section was still glazing up Broxah when he was going through this, when it was so clear that something was wrong with his attitude over the last few weeks. I absolutely love Broxah, one of the only people in the scene I've followed for years since the FNC fans, but having people around you who won't tell you the truth is so dangerous. It's up to Broxah's community not to continue the "Most positive content creator ever!!!" when he's literally flaming his team non stop every game. It was ridiculous. Glad you turned things around Broxah, and feel more yourself again. Everyone has these periods and it's not easy to come through it

I'm just a casual, and I'm able to shrug off any losses because I have a life besides. I feel it's actually kinda fun to observe yourself when you get frustrated. It tells you about human emotion and how to distance oneself from oneself. If it helps you, your content is awesome. Tbh broxah, i get the same way and when i get into the negative toxic typical league mindset i lose 75% MORE games. its best for me to take a weeks break sometimes because i feel like i need that refreshment factor, we just play and play and play and we dont realize that league can negatively affect us if we do this to ourselves.

Broxah's tips for strong mental from this stream:
    - take a break for a few days
    - take responsibility for your success as well as your mistakes
    - try to stay positive no matter what your teammates are doing.
Remember guys, League is a game and games are supposed to be fun! If you're not having fun in SoloQ, it's not less valuable to try different game modes, or only play with a group of friends.

It is great to hear from you that you realized about all of that negativity, it was clear it was beggining to affect you and you are one of the best junglers in the world. If it helps, I have also realised that you repeat a lot that some people considers you old or a grandpa. This of course cannot be further from any truth, and you are at your best age. It is just that unfortunatelly gaming is full of children. Your strong mental is maybe the most important reason I love watching you, remember that the frustration and losing is just part of the game too.

If you play games back to back to back for hours, you will start to feel crappy and even a bit depressed. It's all to do with dopamine release and the rubber band effect of going above baseline dopamine levels, inevitably you will then go BELOW baseline as a consequence (feeling crappy) so yes. Taking breaks is very important, both for performance and enjoyment levels! Love the content ❤

I think there's a difference between being hardstuck because bad and not being able to 1v9 carry your elo despite being consistently one of the stronger players in your game.
I'm only a D3 peak so obviously higher ups can tell you different, but I think an average players experience, especially since the MMR changes, is a lot more coinflippy now.
If I play Silver I can 1v9 any game but even Emrald, it's tough in coin flips even if main if 5/6 division ahead.

Im Bronze, my team is bronze/iron/silver, they go 0-7 in lane and we lose to a roaming enemy ADC with 20+ kills, and i've died 4 times and IM the one to be flamed x) i hate it, we all in bronze suck, i just want us all bronzies tobe quiet and do the best we can in each game

The fact that person like YOU got to a moment when everything was frustrating while playing League perfectly describe how bad soloQ experience is overall. Props to you to fight back but not everyone is as strong as you and the fact it's not being adressed by the company that makes this game is just unfair. Unfair to you because you try to spread positivity and unfair to everyone else who has more difficult time dealing with this frustration due to various circumstances.

@@grimdeathkid that's def just someone baiting an argument. your gonna ignore the part where I critique myself about not knowing how to end effectively with my lead and instead try to say I'm as bad as people averaging 3/10 a game.

Thats a realy bad take you had at the beggining of the video
Im Sorry but not everyone has the time to smash their heads against a wall for 6 hours a day (bare minimum) in other to get meanigfully better at the game
The problem people like me have with this game is that im better than the people i play with and against with a locked camera and lvling with my mouse which i have no intention of changing mind you and playing a 5th of the time they are
If someone is in the same elo as me i expect an equal lvl of skill
This game is 15 years fucking old
If you dont know how to play by now leave

The state of the game does not help. Even s13 was better.
