Hey Broxah, there is one little bit of Skaner tech that not everyone knows about and is really helpful (imo). If you E while your Q is active the timer doesn't go down and in fact refreshes to max (5 seconds), so the ideal move is to Q *right* before you E. Not only does this mean your first 3 auto's will be empowered against the target, it also means you don't waste that crucial .25 seconds picking up the ground after the impact from your E.

Not gonna lie, your W slow is so impactful that as long as you W beforehand it's almost impossible to miss your ult. You don't need a teammates CC, you either have to hit W or get in melee range for increased area. You were just going for the most insane ults I've seen

i disagree, Skarner is just solid, but not OP. his E can be cancelled and kaited, ult is not easy to land on more then 1 champ. any good control mage with cc can be a huge problem
