To me in the first clip, I think it annoyed you that you had to keep on moving! I really feel like you should start uploading more man! Your videos a amazing and sweet!
Thanks Liam :) All of the clips were taken in Oatley off Hurstville Rd, all the streets around Rosa, Lettia, Kitchener and Louisa Streets. Go and get Mick on video :)
Well we can bet the BLS fans will be going mental over this video, he satisfied their appetite for sure! Looks soooo shit how all those bins weren't left standing neat and proper hahaha I know you would've picked it up, but it's a bad look at 8:50 with that bin left knocked over, a good operator wouldn't have clipped that 120L at all :D Gotta give him 10 points for observation at 10:45 though, saw those wires and cleared the airspace, but..... I'll have to take 10,000 points off for that poor bin presentation :P That was a sick POV in the third clip too, just a bugger that's where the road ended so we couldn't hear the exhaust pointing at the camera. Bloody Mick too ey, been operating arms all this time and he still isn't using his mirrors - it's time to take the next step mate!!! lol No doubt he's keen to put on a show in front of the camera; all for the entertainment. Well done!
Yeh he did more than a few of those BLS in the video was a good laugh at the time :) I knew you would say something about the garbo bin being knocked over Mick was going to get out and grab it but I told him I would grab it to keep the video going, I feel bad for not spacing those bins out for him didn't even notice them, was in a rush to set up the camera as it was a pretty mad spot :P Yeh gotta watch those low wires especially in those streets where the houses are below the street level quite common in Oatley....now I think of it. I thought you would appreciate the third shot came out well just a shame I positioned myself a little too far back....was bloody slippery up on those rocks though :D One day he will be using mirrors maybe when he gets a new truck with windows up and the AC on :) Cheers Mitch, that burwood vid is ready to be uploaded in the next few weeks and let me know if your around on the days I told you ey :)
What do the Green-Waste drivers do on the Wednesday when Rockdale is serviced? As they only have a Recycling and Garbage service there. Nice video as usual mate, your tidy camera work is always appreciated.
They either do Rockdale Garbage or Recycle on Mondays and Thursdays, you can have the big body 25/29/31m trucks doing rockdale garbage as the bins are 240L and have green waste in them, you can get a quick load on doing rockdale garbage especially with a 22m GenV body. Thanks mate for noticing the tidy camera work I try to use my tripod all the time now :)
Yeh same video, Josh linked it to the Facebook page as there were a lot of BLS in video. Well this truck used to have the dual paddle setup and the top paddle was removed some time ago, so only the bottom paddle remains. Not to sure if its the larger recycle paddle, but I reckon its just the standard paddle as it used to be a double.

Thanks :), also how did you get those clips from the cab?
No worries mate :) Those shots weren't from the cab, I just wrapped my "Gorillapod" tripod to the LHS mirror.
***** What is a gorillapod? Something that wraps around the mirror?
A tripod I bought at office works not too long ago works well and wraps around all kind of objects, Im pretty sure Mitch uses a Gorilla pod too :)

I reckon i saw mick in action on the BLS fb page yesterday. Do they run a single standard refuse paddle or the larger recycle paddle?

Ahh cool thank you,
