  • Burek or pie with meat is definitely the king of pies. Stacked Burek with ready-made crusts is made extremely quickly and easily and is irresistibly delicious. The meat is fine and crispy and the noodles are super soft.
    WE WILL NEED:
    700 g of noodles
    700 g of mixed beef
    onion 2 heads
    butter 100 gr
    sour cream 1 tbsp
    milk 200 ml
    RECIPE:
    ✅ It is not wrong to add onions without frying, but we will still fry 2 heads, it will be nicer for us. Fry in butter to get a fine yellow color. Allow to cool
    ✅ Prepare the mixture: 700 g of mixed beef, 2 teaspoons of salt, 2 teaspoons of pepper, onion that has cooled in the meantime, 200 ml of lukewarm water, 1 tablespoon of sour cream. Mix everything well and combine
    ✅ Prepare 200 ml of milk, 1 teaspoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of oil in one bowl - mix
    Iti Add hot water to a small pan and dip the noodles in it. Oil the tray where we will make the burek and start stacking the noodles. We will not soak the first layer in water but just spray it from above. Spread the meat over and sprinkle over the milk mixture. Add this mixture every other row.
    ✅ Soak the dumplings in hot water and continue to stack in layers, to the top of the pan: noodles - meat - mixture with milk
    ✅ We will spread the final layer of noodles a few centimeters on all sides, so that we can underline it inside. Cut the pie into cubes - we simply bake it better and receive water evenly.
    ✅ Preheat the oven to 250 ° C, oil the pie a little over and bake for 35 - 40 minutes, until the color you want. If you want the pie to be completely pale over, you can also put the foil over the tray
    ✅ Prepare a hot field: boil water and salt. After 35 minutes, remove the pie and pour over the field. Slightly raised with a knife to better absorb water. Return to the oven for another 5 minutes
    ✅ During this time, melt the butter and after the pie is done, spread butter over it
