Okay, Roy is the hero Red Arrow/Speedy/Arsenal. Roy and jason met in teen titans when jason was robbin, and since then, they have been best friends. Roy is green arrows former sidekick. Roy, I believe also makes an appearance in young justice in the later seasons. The child that is mentioned with Roy is his daughter. After Jason comes back from being dead and all that Jason creates this team known as the outlaws that has bizarro, Roy, Coriander (starfire), Artemis of Bana and a few others.
