    So I made my sweater to fit a large, but now that I’m working on the sleeves, they are gigantic. Like 3x the size that I need them to be… lol. Help 😢

    • @juliewells1738
      @juliewells1738 Месяц назад

      I had the same problem. I fixed it by slip stitching through 3 stitches at the base of the rows instead of just 2 like she did.

  • @jewelofgod4262
    @jewelofgod4262 Год назад +1

    Hi there 😊 are the actual stitch counts for bigger sizes in your written patterns or does it just go by measurements? Thanks ❤

    • @TCDDIY
      @TCDDIY  Год назад +1

      Hiya love, thanks for reaching out and the interest! Our written patterns are very similar to the tutorials. So Stitch counts for a size small & measurements to get your prefect fit! Although we do state roughly how many Stitches should be per row for example: 1 More Stitch than previous row.
      Just so we're all on the same page. 😊

    I love this design and I’m trying it! But it’s buckling in the back and a little in the front, is there anyway I can fix it without restarting?

    • @TCDDIY
      @TCDDIY  Год назад

      HI Nessa, thanks for reaching out! ours bunches a little bit as well. I think that's natural since it's a wider fit, but very short so the little bit of fabric doesn't really have anywhere to go. How much is your buckling? Is it an offensive amount or when you move?

    i have a request for accessibility and size variation.
    I've already done one of your projects, a t shirt sized down for my stuffed animal, and now I'm making this project for myself. i am not a size small but i was looking for a 1000 yard project to work on as I had just gotten a lb of grey yarn i wanted to wear.
    could you put an estimate for how much yardage one would use for a size change whether smaller or bigger.
    I'm not asking for stuffed animal sizes lol but I'm a large in women's clothes and I'm not sure if I'll have enough yarn and I'm not confident I'll find a matching skein. i really want to finish and wear this project but i think adding even an estimate, in your (1) experienced crocheter and (2) your pattern design creator opinion, of what larger or smaller sizes would come out to. if someone wanted to make it for a child or up to 3x.
    thank you for reading and taking into consideration 😊

    • @TCDDIY
      @TCDDIY  Год назад +1

      Hiya!!! Thanks so much for the support and having some great suggestions! It would be a little different for everyone since yarn and tools may vary, but we can definitely look into working those estimates into the videos or in the comments of every video or something! We've look into it and thanks again! 😊

    • @TCDDIY
      @TCDDIY  Год назад +1

      Hiyaaaa! That actually happens depending on the yarn your use. It could be really heavy on one side due to it being a balloon sleeve, but it should all even out when the other sleeve is on! 😊 & my sincerest apologies if you've left other comments & we haven't gotten to them yet. We're slowly getting caught up on comments and there's quite a few. 😅 thanks for the support & patience. 💕💕💕
